Опис вакансіїSOS Children's Villages Ukraine is the part of the global federation of SOS Children's Villages International (SOS CV). As a non-governmental social development organization, we support children without parental care and families in difficult living conditions through services in care, education, health and emergency relief, and we advocate for the rights of children and young people, in alliance with a great diversity of partners.The new long-term project is aimed for improving the availability, accessibility and quality of foster care and community-based services in Ukraine.The aim of this project is that children and young people who are deprived of parental care or at risk of losing it live in a safe, caring and healthy family environment, their families are stable and supportive, and their communities are inclusive, resilient and resourceful.For the realization of this project we are looking for an experienced and committedFinance Manager (f/m)Location: Ukraine, KyivType of contract: Employment contractDuration: 3+ yearsRequirements:

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Economics.
At least 3−5 years of experience as an accountant, finance manager (experience in international organisations will be an advantage).
Excellent knowledge of the current accounting and tax legislation.
Proficient user of BAS CORP.
Experience in budgeting and document management (including electronic databases Vchasno, MEDok).
Confident user of PC and office software (Excel is a must!).
Knowledge of English (oral and written) at an above upper intermediate level.
Adherence to reporting deadlines.
Ability to work with large amounts of information and multitask.
Ability to work both in a team and independently.
Integrity, professionalism, responsibility, analytical thinking.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Control of project expenditures in accordance with the budget allocation.
Manage and allocate all project finances with a focus on organisational financial planning, accounting and budget administration.
Сlose cooperation with the Project Manager and the organization`s Finance team.
Ensure proper implementation and execution of administrative and financial procedures.
Timely preparation of interim and final financial reports for the project.
Coordination of treasury functions (including advance payments).
Maintaining full accounting records for the project in BAS, D365.
Participates in the procurement of necessary services, materials, equipment, etc. within the project, in compliance with the requirements of the SOS internal procedures.
Ensures regular reporting on the financial situation.
