Marketing Specialist

• Help ensure integration between marketing and CRM systems to maintain accurate data tracking and campaign reporting.
• Manage demo display placement in the stores.
• Recruitment, induction training and managing promoters to ensure efficiency of actions.
• Work with the team to collate plans and information required to produce scheme-specific sales collateral.
• Budget planning, control, and execution
• POS/online promo content layouts management with designer (resizing, small changes, timing management).
• Coordination of co-partner (retailers, e-tailers) marketing projects for key accounts, including offline and digital media planning, layout verification, reporting review, and campaign performance analysis and optimization.
• Drive the strategic Demand Generation planning for individual markets ensuring both the regional and local priorities are reflected.

• Proficiency in using and managing MS Office and other communication systems, including SharePoint, Teams.
• Proficiency in English - B2.
• 2-3 years of experience with similar functionality in international companies or agencies.
• Experience working in retail or as a promoter or merchandiser will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
• A Degree in marketing or finance desirable although not essential.
