QA Madness is a European IT service company focusing strongly on QA and cybersecurity. The company was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Poland.Currently, we are searching for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to become a great addition to our team.Responsibilities:- Manage and drive the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offers for all levels of candidates);- Demonstrate the ability to find unique solutions to attracting, sourcing, closing, and retaining passive and active candidates;- Contacting industry partners for candidate referrals;- Identifying and screening potential candidates;- Organizing and conducting online interviews;- Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires;- Managing the company's candidate database;- Setting up candidate interviews with Hiring Managers;- Measuring and recording conversion rates.Requirements:- 1 year of experience as a Technical Recruiter, Talent Sourcer;- Ability to reach out to different types of candidates and to engage with them;- Knowledge of HR databases and candidate management systems;- Understanding of sourcing approaches, tools and various sourcing channels;- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize;
