The Role: Machine Learning DeveloperYou'll work directly with our AI team to boost system efficiency and create next-generation solutions. This role includes hands-on R&D and practical applications of AI and computer vision in logistics.Why It's Great for Juniors

Your Responsibilities
  • Apply Machine Learning & Computer Vision to logistics challenges.
  • Implement & Extend state-of-the-art deep learning research (e. g. Llama from Meta and ChatGPT from OpenAI)
  • Design Novel Solutions with your unique expertise and creativity.
  • Work on guidance of autonomous vehicles, camera-based object identification, and object tracking.
  • Stay Updated on new research to continuously refine our AI toolkit.
Your Profile
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Python; basic C++ is a bonus.
  • Comfortable with Linux, Bash, Docker.
  • Familiarity with ML libraries or frameworks (e. g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, TensorRT, gstreamer, pyro, Numpy, Fastapi) is a plus.
  • Learning Mindset: Eager to explore new research and tackle complex problems.
  • Creative Innovator: You love developing fresh ideas to drive real-world impact.
  • Team Player: Strong communication skills and a desire to collaborate.
  • English Proficiency: Intermediate or higher English for daily communication.
