Key responsibilities will include promoting of Span services (design and development of information systems) to the Ukrainian customers (B2B), working remotely with Span's marketing and sales personnel based in Ukraine and Croatia.Key responsibilities:

Digital advertising campaigns. Execute campaigns on such platforms as Meta and Google to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
Social Media management. Grow Span Ukraine social media presence across the LinkedIn and Facebook platforms, creating compelling content for interacting with target audience.
Direct mail campaigns. Implementation of automated direct mail campaigns in the CRM system
Website management. Oversee the curation of content and enhance the Span website to elevate user engagement and enhance its visibility on search engines.
Collaboration. Cooperation with marketing and cross-functional teams, including sales and subject technical experts to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Performance tracking. Evaluate marketing performance indicators to gauge the success of campaigns and pinpoint areas for enhancement and refinement.

Requirements and qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
2+ years of experience in digital inbound marketing.
Experience with advertising in Meta and Google.
Knowledge of web and marketing analytics tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
Intermediate level of English proficiency, both spoken and written.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and e-mail marketing.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
Awareness of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Focus on ROI.

Additional advantages:

Experience in a similar role at a B2B company or marketing agency.
Experience in promoting IT products and services.
Understanding of product portfolios for business of such IT vendors as: Microsoft, Google, AWS.
Work experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, MailChimp, Active Campaign.
Experience with graphic design tools.
