English level: AdvancedAbout the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with experience in the IT industry to join our team. The ideal candidate has a background in lead generation and database management and is skilled in working with platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, and TechCrunch.This role will be key in supporting our sales team by building and maintaining high-quality lead databases, researching potential clients, and preparing outreach campaigns for webinars and conferences.ResponsibilitiesSearch and identify potential leads using LinkedIn and other platforms (Apollo, TechCrunch, etc.)Research and analyze existing contact databases to identify triggers and opportunitiesBuild and maintain structured databases of potential leads using open and closed sourcesSupport the sales team in preparing for webinars, events, and conferences by sending invitations and managing lead listsMonitor and update lead information to ensure accuracy and relevanceRequirementsProven experience in IT sales support, lead generation, or database managementStrong knowledge of LinkedIn and other prospecting tools (Apollo, TechCrunch, etc.)Ability to research, structure, and maintain large datasets of leadsAdvanced level of English (both written and spoken)Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independentlyPrior experience in the IT industry is a strong advantageNice to HavePrevious role as an IT Database Manager or Lead Generation ManagerFamiliarity with CRM systems and sales automation toolsWhat We OfferFully remote work with flexible engagement (full-time or part-time)Opportunity to work closely with an international sales teamDynamic environment with a focus on innovation and growth
