- Ensure full adoption of Integrated Media Communication Planning
- Development and realization of media strategies, identifying problems and developing work plan for consistent improvement , involving support and in close collaboration with the brand team, media agencies
- Development and implementation of a long-term and short-term media strategies for Nestle business, using the latest trends and consumer behavior I different media touchpoints.
- Provision of inputs on media KPIs across all contact points to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Building together with Media agency and in cooperation with brand teams annual brand communication plans, implementing, tracking and improving efficiency on the regular basis (awareness, performance, influencer marketing, PR activations)
- Monitoring and analyzing performance effectiveness of traditional and digital media projects and determining possibilities of the resources effective use to achieve targets
- Building of learnings and best practices
- Implementation of best practices, global learnings developed by Nestle global team
- Championing tools that enhance media investments effectiveness and efficiency
- Collaboration with media agencies, coordination of daily work
- University Degree
- 5+ years of experience in Media project management with excellent knowledge in digital
- Expertise in traditional media, digital media planning and optimization, influencers marketing
- Knowledge of digital tools - Meta Business Manager, Google Business Manager, brand safety solutions, GA4, etc
- Understanding media touchpoints ecosystem
- Additional experience in marketing is a plus
- Analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
