We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead and scale a multidisciplinary engineering organization, driving technology strategy, product excellence, and innovation across hardware, software, and cloud solutions.With over 25 years of experience, the company is one of Europe's largest retail equipment suppliers and a global leader in parcel locker production.
Headquartered in Ukraine, with production and R&D hubs in Poland, the company employs more than 3,000 professionals and serves clients in over 70 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.The CTO will lead a 160-person multi-disciplinary technology organization and will be a key strategic partner to the Director of the Out-of-Home Solutions BU, the Management Board, and major global clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end technology across hardware, software, cloud, mobile, and embedded systems.
  • Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for Out-of-Home solutions (parcel lockers, microhubs, and self-service devices).
  • Scale and manage a distributed engineering organization of 160+ professionals.
  • Drive faster time-to-market, predictable delivery, and high-quality releases.
  • Promote standardization and reuse to reduce complexity and optimize TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).
  • Ensure compliance with key standards and regulations (e.g., CE/UKCA, EN 1627, electrical norms, EAA accessibility, cybersecurity).
  • Build and unify competence centers in Rivne, Lviv, and Lublin with a coherent engineering culture.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous learning.
Requirements:Experience & Track Record
  • 10+ years in senior technology leadership roles (Director / VP / CTO) in product-based organizations (IoT, automation, automotive, hardware+software, or related domains).
  • Proven experience in managing integrated hardware-software platforms at scale.
  • Track record of building and leading large engineering organizations (50+ FTE), ideally across multiple locations.
Technical & Architectural Strength
  • Strong understanding of: electronics & embedded systems, connectivity / IoT, cloud platforms & integrations, cybersecurity fundamentals, quality & testing frameworks.
  • Ability to engage deeply with architects and senior engineers, while staying focused on business priorities.
Strategic & Commercial Acumen
  • Ability to connect technology decisions with profitability, TCO, and customer value.
  • Comfort operating at the intersection of engineering, commercial strategy, and operations.
  • Experience working closely with large enterprises or B2B customers is a strong plus.
Leadership & Communication
  • Excellent leadership skills: setting direction, inspiring teams, handling complexity.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering, board, and customer levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional collaboration (R&D, Production, Product, Sales, Marketing, Service).
Change & Transformation
  • Experience leading organizational transformation (e.g., moving to Agile, re-architecting product platforms, integrating new teams or sites).
  • Comfort operating in dynamic, international environments, including Europe,the Americas, and Australia.
Location & Collaboration Model:
While we emphasize the importance of direct interaction with our R&D and manufacturing centers, we offer a flexible approach to your primary location:Relocation: A move to Lutsk or Rivne, fully supported by a comprehensive relocation package.Hybrid Residency: Remote based within Ukraine with a commitment to on-site presence (approx. 35% of working hours) at our facilities in Lutsk, Rivne, and Lviv for strategic alignment and team leadership.What the Company offers:
