- Daily Manage primary Document flow for spare parts sales and returns with partners (expense invoices, invoices, return invoices, MEDOC/Vchasno)
- Reconciliations with partners on the amount of payment for services (carriers, brokers, recycling)
- Posting payment documents in Finance system
- Preparation of documents for the disposal of spare parts
- Posting of refurbish panels / writing off of spare parts
- Posting logistics costs related to SVC team operation in system and control payment process to vendors
- Manage and update logistic tariffs master data in system
- Contract sign (MEDOC/Vchasno) and tariffs posting
- Verification of data with forwarders ( NovaPoshta, DSV, Mainfreight, etc)
- Document management
- Logistic claims management (Making claims against carriers for loss / damage to cargo)
- Work with claims of NP (preparation of documents; posting of compensations) and letter of guarantee
- Postings SVC expenses
- Service centers logistic compensation payment and control
- Purchase consumables for department needs
- spoken intermediate level of English;
- 2+ year of relevant experience (Accountant, Service Support Specialist, Assistant) in Consumer Electronics or FMCG
- intermediate Excel, knowledge of SAP
