- Develop and implement comprehensive retail marketing strategies and campaigns
- Align marketing initiatives with retail sales goals, product launches, and seasonal promotions. Align retail marketing strategy with global retail marketing strategic guidance
- Developing of annual retail marketing strategy: collecting all data, analyze external factors, competition activities and internal sales trend, forming strategy and main retail marketing projects
- Analysis of external & Internal aspects influencing to retail marketing operation, using all kind reports and source to monitor markets situation, retail channels, and user behaviour, regulation, competitors’ analysis for business strategy development
- Making quick decisions for reaction on market circumstances changes & make a business decision about further channel marketing development and countermeasure
- Innovative channel marketing projects initiative (Retail Empowerment, SMF, SDI, MCS, etc.)
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute in-store promotions, events, signage, and POS materials.
- Implementation of retail marketing plans, display and shelf share targets and other business ratios (premium product) on yearly, quarterly, monthly basis, KPI performance definition & control
- Retail marketing personnel management, external FF control & management (incl. training, motivation & other personnel issues)
- Develop and keep updated channel marketing department structure, developing effective and clear business processes, establish internal reporting and communication system
- Manage retail marketing budgets and measure ROI on campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Ensure brand standards are maintained across all retail locations.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials that reflect the company’s brand image and voice.
- Developing of yearly SES retail improvement via renovation & expansion plan
- Mid-term SES strategy implementation based on TOP management outlook as well as market perspective
- Analysis of external & Internal aspects influencing to SES business development, using all kind of reports and source to monitor markets situation, retail channels, and user behavior, regulation, competitors’ analysis for business strategy development
- 5+ years of managerial experience on the similar position (Retail Marketing Manager, Head of Trade Marketing)
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
- experience in people&agencies Management
- Campaign management
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Marketing certificate, diploma or university degree or equivalent
- A ‘can do’ and positive attitude, and the ability to perform well under pressure, always providing the customer with more than they were expecting
- The ability to stop, review, measure and document challenges/opportunities and bring them to the attention of the relevant stakeholders for support and resolution
- Be able to cope well with change and the ambiguity which may exist while change is effected
- The ability to put the customer and their experience/journey first
