  • Support Customer Excellence Team to achieve target results in coordination with customers and sales department
  • Support daily processes of Customer Excellence Team, incl. documents flow, and customers on their requests
  • Control of the timeliness of receiving orders
  • Support of timely goods delivery to customers
  • Missed sales analyses, take the steps improve the service level
  • Invoicing support
  • Order processing, incl. EDI customer`s orders verification
  • Work with customer database
  • Complains management, processing claims
  • Participation in projects with the aim of improving Customer Excellence processes
Your skills:
  • Higher education in Logistics or Economics
  • Knowledge of Excel, (SAP will be a big plus)
  • English language - Intermediate
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in supply chain in FMCG will be a big plus
