- Support Customer Excellence Team to achieve target results in coordination with customers and sales department
- Support daily processes of Customer Excellence Team, incl. documents flow, and customers on their requests
- Control of the timeliness of receiving orders
- Support of timely goods delivery to customers
- Missed sales analyses, take the steps improve the service level
- Invoicing support
- Order processing, incl. EDI customer`s orders verification
- Work with customer database
- Complains management, processing claims
- Participation in projects with the aim of improving Customer Excellence processes
- Higher education in Logistics or Economics
- Knowledge of Excel, (SAP will be a big plus)
- English language - Intermediate
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in supply chain in FMCG will be a big plus
