We're growing fast, driven by innovation, empathy, and a mission to bring futuristic healthcare to today's world.About the RoleWe are hiring a Head of Growth (Ukraine) to drive Esper's business development, sales, partnerships, and government relations. This role requires a leader who combines strong business focus with active civic engagement, understands Esper's social mission, and can grow the Ukrainian market together with our partners and community.This role is open only to candidates based in Ukraine. Remote collaboration is not possible. Regular presence at our R&D Center in Kyiv is essential, so the position is primarily on-site in Kyiv with a flexible approach to occasional remote work. The role also involves business travel across Ukraine and potentially international trips.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership
- Develop and execute the national sales strategy for Esper's products and solutions
- Manage the sales process in Ukraine, setting clear goals and ensuring consistent performance
- Drive revenue growth by expanding customer & partner acquisition and retention
- Negotiate and close partnerships with prosthetic centers and distributors
- Establish long-term collaborations with NGOs, associations, and ecosystem players in prosthetics and rehabilitation
- Attract and manage fundraising from international donors and partners to support access to Esper products in Ukraine
- Represent Esper Bionics at conferences, events, and exhibitions to boost brand awareness and network
- Host delegations, partners, donors, and guests at Esper's R&D Center in Kyiv, leading visits and tours.
- Develop go-to-market strategies tailored for the Ukrainian healthcare landscape
- Align closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
- - Lead efforts to integrate Esper devices into government reimbursement schemes and national health programs
- Build relationships with ministries, regulatory authorities, and local policymakers to streamline adoption of Esper devices
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and reimbursement requirements in Ukraine
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (medtech or related industries is a plus)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in fundraising with international donors, NGOs, or foundations
- Results-oriented mindset OR Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on
- Active civic position and readiness to represent the company both in business and in the broader social environment
- Ukrainian (native), working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Would be a big plus: Strong network across healthcare institutions, rehabilitation centers, insurance companies, and government agencies in Ukraine
