- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2), additional languages would be a plus.3
- 2+ years as a team lead or in a similar position or experience in B2B sales for 3−5 years
- Team management experience (even informal leadership or mentoring will be an advantage)
- Proactiveness, result-oriented mindset, and ability to make independent decisions
- PC friendly (confident user of Google and Microsoft tools)
- Reach the goals which meet the company's targets
- Ability to delegate the tasks among the team
- Supervise the team and do the regular performance checks
- Monitor team performance and report if needed (fulfill the meetings with the team members)
- Train the team members (provide the coaching and motivate the team)
- Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Take part in planning and organizing the team-building activities
