This role requires an innovative approach to sourcing, data-driven decision-making, and a strong ability to partner with hiring managers to optimize recruitment strategies.Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber candidates across UA, PL, LATAM, and Europe.
- Utilize advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, niche job boards) to ensure precise candidate targeting.
- Lead competency-based assessments and continuously refine screening methods to align with market trends and business needs.
- Implement structured interview frameworks to improve hiring accuracy and reduce bias.
- Leverage recruitment data analytics to refine hiring strategies, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize workforce planning.
- Maintain an advanced talent pipeline, categorizing candidates based on readiness, skill sets, and business impact potential.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, providing data-driven insights to guide talent acquisition decisions. Act as a strategic advisor on talent trends and hiring patterns.
- Negotiate offers with top candidates, ensuring alignment with company goals and market benchmarks.
- 3+ years of experience in senior talent acquisition roles, ideally within a B2B SaaS/product company.
- Strong sourcing expertise, including headhunting, social media recruiting, and market mapping.
- Proven ability to lead hiring processes for complex or senior roles.
- Experience in competency-based assessments and interview frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to optimize hiring decisions.
- Experience working across multiple markets, including Ukraine, Poland, LATAM, and Europe.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.
