Manager Integrated Business Planning

• Manage team of demand and supply planners with respect and drive, follow corporate culture to develop team members
• Run IBP (Integrated Business Planning) process: engage with the Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Business Planning teams to spot on timely manner marketing activities and trends that impact the sales forecast.
• Cooperation with PMI central functions in order to align demand strategy and fix supply issues.
• Ensure long term Demand Forecast for the Market with appropriate level of accuracy and provide Market intelligence into Statistical forecast.
• Timely review of long-term forecast to ensure OOS and LOGD avoidance.
• Collaborate with the Central Supply Chain functions to ensure guidelines application.
• Validate supply and demand on weekly basis to assure uninterrupted supply.
• Analyze the impact of approved supply scenarios on Market demand plan and coordinate timely and proper reflection of changes.
• Facilitate Market deployment of strategic PMI initiatives in Supply Chain area.
• Provide different reporting connected to Demand Planning, Market commercial activities, pricing, etc.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related fields, Market research.
• From 3 years' experience in FMCG (preferably) or other industries with exposure to Sales Strategy, Business Planning & Development or Supply Chain Planning.
• Understanding of demand drivers and ability to manage variety of business stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint user.
• Excellent Communication and Analytical skills.
• Min upper-intermediate English level (speaking and writing).
