Опис вакансіїSales Specialist - Future Sales Manager (Paint Industry, Retail & Dealer Network)We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Retail Sales Specialist who is eager to grow into the role of Sales Manager of our dealer network in Ukraine. This position offers a unique opportunity to start by focusing on retail and dealer sales in the paint business and then develop into a leadership role managing and expanding our nationwide dealer network.The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, meeting people, and building long-term customer relationships - while also seeing themselves grow into a leadership position.We offer a job with remote work, business trips within Ukraine, and occasional business trips abroad.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain cooperation with retail networks and dealers across Ukraine
  • Follow pricing and discount policies to ensure fair and transparent cooperation
  • Plan and implement promotional activities to support sales growth
  • Work in the field with customers, promoters, and sales teams
  • Monitor product portfolio and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends
  • Collect and analyze sales results to improve activities and support growth
  • Help dealers increase their sales performance and strengthen market presence
Key skills and qualifications
  • 3−5 years of experience in retail sales or account management
  • Experience working with retail networks and/or dealer networks in Ukraine
  • Knowledge of sales processes, pricing, and promotional activities
  • Good organizational and planning abilities
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Willingness to work independently, travel, and spend time with customers
  • English at a working level
  • Driving license (B)
