Project manager

• Graduate with a university degree in business, technical, mathematical, or a related field.
• 1+ Years of hands-on experience with project management, and over this period has successfully delivered according to the target KPIs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience using project/ticket management and workflow tools, preferably Jira.
• Skilled in managing complex business transformations.
• Acquainted with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills (Upper-Intermediate level).
• Flexible and can adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem solver with innovative thinking skills.
• Passion for data is a plus

• Develop and implement a master data strategy that ensures data quality, consistency, and governance across the organization.
• Plan, align, and track the delivery of MDM inflow across NBS Centers.
• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Ensure best project management practices, including:

• Timely planning and documentation.
• Accurate project data tracking (financials, action logs, etc.).
• Regular project meetings and follow-ups.
• Identification and escalation of project risks/issues.
• Conduct readiness assessments and governance meetings.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

• Gain insights into the Global Master Data process and explore opportunities for optimization and automation;
• Enhance your stakeholder management skills by engaging with various parties (Markets, Categories, IBS, IT);
