- Proven Expertise: Solid track record as a B2B Account Manager in the iGaming sector is essential; prior experience with a game provider is highly desirable.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of iGaming trends, products, and markets.
- Communication: Fluency in English is required; Russian language skills are highly desirable.
- Client Management: Proven ability to manage Tier 1 customer relationships and handle challenging clients under pressure.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Strong strategic mindset with analytical and numerical skills.
- Proactivity: Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and rapidly evolving environment.
- Teamwork: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while being a strong team player.
- Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to grow and manage customer accounts.
- Client Base: Must have an existing client base.
