On behalf of NDA, HealthTech, SD Solutions is looking for a talented Full-Stack Engineer (AI-First) who should be comfortable leveraging AI daily in coding, debugging, and accelerating delivery.SD Solutions is a staffing company operating globally.   • Develop and maintain features across the entire stack (backend, frontend, and mobile) for a B2B2C healthcare platform.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code in TypeScript using Node.js (backend) and React (web).
  • Contribute to and eventually work with the React Native codebase for mobile applications.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) daily as a natural extension of your workflow to accelerate development, debugging, and problem-solving.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of features, from concept to deployment, collaborating closely with product and design teams.
  • Participate in a lean, fast-moving team culture that emphasizes high standards and full ownership.
Requirements:
  • Strong independent full-stack engineer with hands-on experience in JavaScript/TypeScript,
  • Strong skills in React and Node.js
  • Everyday usage of AI tools such as Cursor, Claude as a natural extension of the workflow, while also validating and improving outputs.
  • Ability and willingness to work across the stack (backend, frontend, mobile).
  • High coding standards, ability to write clean, maintainable, scalable code.
  • Independence and ownership: able to take a feature end-to-end with minimal handholding.
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating with product, design, and leadership.
Advantages:
  • Experience (or willingness to learn) React Native.
