- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM).
- Execute media buying with precision across multiple accounts and geographies.
- Continuously analyze campaign data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting in real time to meet aggressive performance goals.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and placements for optimization.
- Work alongside Senior Social Media Manager and account teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Translate performance insights into clear, client-facing reports.
- Serve as a proactive liaison, addressing questions and updates with clients in a timely manner.
- Track and manage campaign budgets daily.
- Contribute to profitability by supporting margin optimization initiatives.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in paid social media buying within agency environments.
- Proven expertise with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; exposure to TikTok and Snapchat Ads is a strong plus.
- Strong grasp of performance marketing strategies, not just brand awareness.
- Ability to analyze large sets of data and synthesize into actionable insights.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, performance-oriented culture.
- Spoken English at B2 level.
- Experience with contextual targeting strategies.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
- Fluency in other regional languages is an advantage.
- A BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
