Опис вакансіїEastCham Finland is an international chamber of commerce supporting Finnish companies entering the Ukrainian market and participating in Ukraine's reconstruction.EastCham Finland has a shared office in Kyiv together with the Confederation of Finnish Industries (EK) since 2024. The Senior Market Analyst will serve as a team member of the Pro Ukraine project, which aims to assist 200 Finnish companies in participating in the rebuilding of Ukraine.We are now looking for Senior Market Analyst to join our Kyiv team to strengthen the services we provide for Finnish companies across various industries.If you have experience working with international companies and conducting market studies, we invite you to apply and contribute to meaningful work that supports Ukraine's reconstruction and economic development.🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive market assessments across diverse sectors
Identify, evaluate and contact potential business partners and opportunities
Arrange and participate in meetings of Ukrainian and Finnish business partners
Support and assess reconstruction projects across Ukraine
Collect, analyze, and synthesize data into clear, actionable reports
Collaborate closely with international teams and stakeholders

✅ Requirements:

Relevant university degree (e.g., economics, business, technology)
Proven experience in similar roles (market research, business consulting, project evaluation)
Strong industry knowledge and understanding of business ecosystems
Excellent skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting
Fluency in English and Ukrainian (spoken and written)
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Presence in Kyiv, Ukraine
