Proven experience in water park operations, lifeguarding, or similar recreational roles
Valid lifeguard certification is mandatory
Strong knowledge of water safety protocols and emergency procedures
Experience working with families and children in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and solve problems effectively
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and perform water-related tasks
Ability to work both independently and in a team
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise all water park areas ensuring guest safety at all times
Lead and assist with water games, activities, and events for guests of all ages
Enforce water park safety rules and respond to emergencies promptly
Provide outstanding customer service and engage positively with guests
Assist guests during embarkation and disembarkation processes
Support the Entertainment team with other duties as required
Maintain cleanliness and order in the water park area
Participate in shore excursions when needed
Comply fully with all company safety policies and emergency drills
