- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a seamless gaming experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including VIP players
- Supervise or mentor team members (for mid-to-senior level roles)
- Ensure smooth shift operations and maintain service quality standards
- Contribute to sales and customer reactivation initiatives where required
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Interest or previous experience in the iGaming industry, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Team player, reliable, and adaptable to international work environments.
- Knowledge of SoftSwiss or TMA platforms.
- Fluency in either languages:
- German (VIP Manager role).
- Greek (Customer Support role).
- Ukrainian (highly preferred across positions).
- Understanding of bonus systems, KYC/verification flows, and payment processes.
- Proven experience managing or mentoring teams in customer support.
- Remote work. In case you are Lviv-based, the ability to attend the office (which is absolutely pet-friendly).
