- Reconcile invoices against bank transfers, hourly reports, and internal records.
- Actively develop and implement AI automation to streamline manual workflows.
- Manage vacation balances, employee agreement records, and payment-related queries.
- Provide proactive customer updates via email and maintain daily team communication.
- Utilize advanced Google Sheets skills and various accounting/financial systems.
- Leverage experience in international team environments and proficiency in Notion.
- Apply AI expertise or active coursework to optimize financial and admin processes.
- Basic understanding of finance or accounting
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Attention to detail, Analytical thinking and strong organizational habits
- Proactive, responsible, and ready to learn
- English level B2, Ukrainian native
