- Collaborate with clients to develop effective advertising strategies and campaigns that align with their business objectives
- Drive projects and coordinate campaign execution, meeting timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital and retail team) to develop comprehensive advertising plans and strategies for clients.
- Establish budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenses.
- Proactively address client needs, concerns, and feedback.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager with background in managing various projects, including digital, creative, and promotional campaigns.
- Experience and expertise in developing video and key visuals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on client satisfaction, campaign success, and business growth.
- Proficient with MS office, Project management tool (JIRA), Online meeting tools (MS Teams, etc).
- Proficiency in English at an intermediate level and higher.
