Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for a Research and Engagement Manager (Lead Generation Specialist) to join its innovative team.Responsibilities

Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to build accurate ICPs and lists
Identify key triggers (new hires, funding, tech changes) and create personalized value messages
Engage leads through LinkedIn, email, and other channels using a multi-touch approach
Warm up contacts by interacting with their content and sharing relevant insights
Share helpful materials like case studies to build trust before booking sales calls
Collaborate with sales and marketing to execute outbound campaigns and optimize outreach scripts
Use automation tools to scale efforts while maintaining personalization
Track all interactions in CRM, update lead info, and monitor lead progression
Continuously learn about the industry, tools, and best practices, leveraging AI when possible

Requirements

1+ years in outbound lead generation
Strong analytical and writing skills — able to turn research into clear insights
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
Comfortable working independently and handling multiple campaigns
Excellent communication skills in English
