In this role, to ensure success as a truck dispatcher, you should exhibit extensive experience in dispatching trucks and the ability to work under pressure.YOUR ROLEBooking loads with the highest available gross and RPM on various load boards (DAT preferred);Dispatching and monitoring drivers;Communicating with brokers and customers about freight details, delivery or pickup times, and special requirements;Working with rate confirmations, agreements between brokers and carriers, bills of lading, POD etc.;Daily monitoring and analysis of booked loads, driver progress and location;Organizing loads with Company's selected methods;Providing any updates via email and phone;Daily monitoring and analysis of outgoing and incoming communication (e-mails, chats, phone calls);YOUR STRENGTHSExceptional ability to communicate with drivers, brokers, and management;Ability to handle pressure;1 year of experience as a truck dispatcher in USA market;Experience in USA logistics industry, knowledge of load boards (DAT preferred);English - Upper-Intermediate;Strong communication, including writing, speaking and active listening skills;Proficiency in office software, including Google Workspace;Knowledge of applicable transportation regulations and laws;Excellent self-management, prioritization abilities and problem-solving skills.WE OFFERHigh level of income: high % rate from booked loads;Schedule Mon-Fri 8AM - 5 PM EST (3PM - 12AM Kyiv);Remote work;Mentorship support;Opportunity to develop your skills and grow with the company.Interested applicants are invited to submit a CV in English to hr@ugnlogistics.com.Thank you for your application!
