Опис вакансіїAn IT holding JetMonsters is looking for an experienced Head of Digital Agency in a project TemplateMonster.com, marketplace for digital products and services.About the RoleWe are looking for a strong operational leader with a business mindset, with proven experience in web/design and digital marketing agencies, capable of taking full ownership of agency operations and performance.You will have hands-on experience across all aspects of agency operations - from client strategy and service offerings to sales, delivery, and financial management - to drive scalable, sustainable, and predictable growth.You will be fully accountable for agency performance, including revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage overall agency operations and performanceOversee client strategy, acquisition, retention, and account growthManage project delivery across all services (web design, development, digital marketing) from strategy to executionEnsure effective resource planning, team structure, and delivery qualityBuild and optimize processes and workflows across sales, PM, and production teamsDevelop commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and service offeringsDefine and track KPIs and use data to drive decisions and continuous improvementEnsure alignment and seamless collaboration between all departmentsManage financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitabilityIdentify operational and delivery risks and proactively mitigate themRequirementsStrong leadership, communication, and client management skillsExperience building or scaling teams and operational structures in an agency environmentStrong understanding of sales processes, project management, and production workflowsStrong business mindset with experience in agency growth, client development, and financial metricsUnderstanding of KPIs, unit economics, and financial management in a digital agencyEnglish level B1-B2 or higherWe offerremote cooperationfull-time, schedule from 9:00/10:00 to 18:00/19:00 (from Mon. to Fri.).Partial or full reimbursement for attendance at specialized courses and trainings, as well as for attending conferences and events in the field of specialization.Corporate English Club online.15 days of paid vacation per year, paid sick leave; 10 days off for Ukrainian national holidays.Medical insurance / compensation for sports activitiesIf all of the above matches and resonates with you, and you have the relevant experience, you want to become part of the JetMonsters team and bring something new to it, send your resume and join us.Відгукнутися, 250-1000 співробітників
