- Experience in positions such as B2B Sales Manager for 3 years or more / B2B Partnership Manager for 1 year or more;
- experience in building a partner network or launching a new market/direction will be a significant advantage;

- General research of the Kenyan market - studying specifics, trends, risks;
- analysis of the Kenyan corporate sector (enterprise + mid-market);
- focus on priority industries (fintech, retail, FMCG, as well as manufacturing + agriculture, pharmaceuticals + distribution, tourism - to be agreed);
- creating and working with a partner network;
- searching for and engaging partners (IT integrators, HR consulting companies, L&D and training content developers, industry experts);
- negotiating with partners, representing the company, and presenting the product;
- supporting partners at all stages of cooperation, maintaining constant contact, building trusting relationships;
- meeting planned targets for finding and attracting partners;
- participating in the formation of a flow of leads from partners;
- presenting LMS Collaborator at partner online events, webinars, etc.;
- independently searching for potential customers, communicating, holding meetings and negotiations together with the Sales Manager;
- participating in the preparation of a scaling plan - attracting lead generators and sales managers.
