We’re looking for a Middle Business Analyst (3+ years) who has worked in a product or startup environment and thrives on digging into complex problems. You’ll be the person who turns messy ideas into clear requirements, user flows, and tickets, using modern AI tools to accelerate research and challenge assumptions with evidence-backed insights.Responsibilities:

Requirement Management: Elicit and document business and functional requirements, turning ambiguous problems into structured solutions.

MVP & Roadmap: Break down large projects into phased delivery, defining MVP scope and supporting release planning.Technical Documentation: Write detailed Dev/QA/Spike tickets with clear Acceptance Criteria (AC) and edge cases.Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the tech team and business stakeholders, refining scope and making informed trade-offs.System Analysis: Investigate third-party APIs, map end-to-end user flows, and use CLI/database queries for troubleshooting and data validation.Data-Informed Decisions: Segment users, analyze patterns (payment rates, cost implications), and make evidence-based recommendations.AI Integration: Actively use AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, and data analysis.Requirements:Experience: 3+ years as a Business Analyst in a product-focused or startup environment.Tech Stack: Proficiency in Jira, Notion (or similar), Figma, and Miro.AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) into your professional workflow.Communication: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English for daily meetings and documentation.Technical Skills: Ability to work with CLI or database queries for data validation.Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to see patterns in data and structure complex business logic.Nice-to-Haves:(If you are a strong BA with a product background, please apply even if you don’t hit all of these!)Experience within the Fintech or Crypto domains.Skills in competitive and market research.Experience collaborating on product roadmaps and backlog prioritization.Background in supporting beta releases or reviewing UX copy for app screens.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.What We Offer:🌏 Real Users, Real Money: Every feature you define directly affects how users manage and invest their money in a live, high-stakes market.📱 Full Product Lifecycle Exposure: From initial requirements to final release, you touch the entire chain, not just one isolated slice.🤝 International Collaboration: Daily direct communication with an international client, ensuring you are at the heart of the decision-making process.🏠 Full Remote & Flexible: No office politics — work from anywhere in Ukraine or abroad with a schedule that fits your life.🤖 AI-Forward Team: We don’t just allow AI tools; we actively encourage and support them (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, etc.) in our daily workflows to help you think and work faster.Our Benefits:
