- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
- Administer HR systems and tools (HRM, Trello), manage leave requests, and prepare HR reports.
- Oversee employee benefits and social programs (insurance, learning platforms, sports, discounts).
- Support internal communications by preparing digests, announcements, and monitoring team chats.
- Organize corporate events, greetings, and activities to foster engagement and team spirit.
- Conduct 1:1 meetings, support salary review processes, and run employee surveys.
- Promote company values and contribute to a positive, collaborative, and motivating work culture.
- Experience in managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Background in administering benefits and insurance programs.
- Ability to prepare analytics and reports.
- At least Intermediate English level.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to change.
- High sense of confidentiality when working with employee data.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and attentive to detail.
- Stress resilience and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
- Empathy combined with the ability to represent company interests effectively.
