• You’ll be responsible for scheduling annual maintenance appointments for water softeners and providing exceptional customer service.

• Customer Focus:
• Deliver exceptional service through phone calls.
• Actively listen to customer concerns and offer solutions.
• Research and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Technical Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Aqualife USA products, services, and promotions.
• Communication & Collaboration:
• Proven English (B2+) and Russian (Native, C1) proficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

• Previous experience in a call center or administrative role is a plus, but not required.
