- Developing the marketing plan for Purina food brands, monitoring performance, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Implementing and supporting BTL and promotional activities in line with the approved marketing plan, including:
- Promotional campaigns (regional and national): preparing briefs, defining mechanics, selecting agencies, approving creative assets, overseeing execution, and evaluating effectiveness.
- Promotional packaging: preparing materials, organizing and monitoring production, P&L analysis, and tracking promotional sales results.
- Promotional events: developing briefs and event mechanics, selecting agencies, coordinating execution, evaluating results, and proposing next steps.
- Conducting analytical reviews and reporting on brand performance (marketing research, sales, communication quality). Aligning innovation/renovation initiatives with the NPP Country Business Manager or Specialist Business Unit Manager.
- Creating and implementation of POS materials for in-store support of the brands
- Defining and executing profitability growth plans for the specialized Purina business, including assortment, pricing strategy, and opportunity identification.
- Developing and executing communication strategies within the allocated budget and in accordance with defined brand strategy
- Effective communication and influence with key stakeholders, including internal departments, other Nestlé markets, and Purina strategic business units.
- Managing marketing budgets
- Coordinating and managing external partners (agencies, suppliers, contractors)
- University degree (preferably in Marketing, Management, Economics);
- 2+ years of experience in brand management/trade marketing/project management
- Proven experience in developing and implementing branded promotional activities to support brand visibility through BTL (Below-the-Line) channels, including the creation of promotional materials.
- Strong understanding of consumers, the competitive landscape, and trade customers in Ukraine.
- Confident user of Office 365 programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience working with market research databases and tools.
- Excellent project management and communication skills;
- Upper intermediate | Advanced English.
