In fact, on most 5* hotels you won't find a platform with lower rates than Entravel.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our product and development team. In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and the engineering team, ensuring that business needs are clearly translated into functional requirements. You will play a crucial role in shaping and improving our hotel booking platform by analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, and helping deliver scalable product solutions.Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders;
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams;
Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA to ensure accurate implementation of requirements;
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation;
Create and maintain documentation including business requirements, user stories, workflows, and process diagrams;
Participate in product planning, feature definition, and backlog refinement;
Support the development lifecycle by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment between business goals and delivered solutions;
Monitor product performance and suggest data-driven improvements.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development environments;
Strong experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements;
Experience working with complex digital products or platforms;
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies;
Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product documentation;
Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand system architecture and integrations;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar;
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
