Finance Analyst, Kyiv

• Oversee the P&L (both financial and commercial) and BS of the Crush business segment and ensure consistency in reporting across the organization.
• Collaborate with Crush commercial leaders to analyze financial performance, assess business drivers, and provide insights for effective decision-making.
• Collect and present key financial and operational data related to the Crush business, ensuring actionable insights for senior management.
• Manage the monthly rolling forecasting process for the Crush segment, improving accuracy and reliability.
• Prepare analytical reports and presentations for senior management, offering data-driven recommendations for business improvements
• Support the continuous enhancement of rolling forecasts and financial models to improve precision and effectiveness.

• University degree - preferably with a major in in Economics, Finance, Auditing, Accounting;

• At least 3-5 year of experience as a financial analyst or in a similar role, preferably in an international company;

• Data analytics skills - proficiency in big data analysis;

• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling;

• English skills - minimum upper intermediate level;

• Ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly to stakeholders;

• Professional user of MS Office.

• Knowledge of SAP and OneStream

• Other accounting certifications (CPA, ACCA)
