Position Overview:
The Rehab4U project is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our team on a part-time, fully remote, freelance basis. The designer will work closely with both the communications and technical teams to format and visually refine project reports, technical documentation, presentations, and other project materials in line with Rehab4U and USAID branding guidelines.This role is ideal for an experienced designer who can ensure accuracy, consistency, and aesthetic quality in layout and formatting, while meeting technical specifications for both digital and print.About Momentum Wheels for HumanitySince 1996, Momentum Wheels for Humanity has increased access to mobility and improved the quality of life for children, teens, and adults with physical disabilities in more than 50 low- and middle-income countries. We build and strengthen rehabilitation services within health systems through training and capacity building, policy and standards development, and supply and distribution of wheelchairs and other life-changing equipment.   • Format and design project reports, technical documentation, and other long-form content (Word, InDesign, PDF).
  • Design clear, visually consistent presentations (PowerPoint, Canva, or Illustrator).
  • Apply branding guidelines across all materials, including those required by USAID and project partners.
  • Prepare files for digital sharing or print, ensuring correct resolution, color profiles, bleed, and other production requirements.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure visual clarity, readability, and brand alignment.
  • Deliver materials on time and respond to feedback promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in graphic design or layout design, especially with reports, publications, or technical materials (please include portfolio samples).
  • Strong proficiency in relevant design tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS PowerPoint, Canva).
  • Understanding of formatting for print and digital platforms.
  • Attention to detail, visual hierarchy, and information structuring.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks on a freelance/part-time basis.
  • Good communication skills and openness to iterative feedback.
  • English proficiency (written and reading comprehension) is required.
  • Prior experience with USAID or international development projects is a plus.
