We are a young, ambitious group constantly developing new products and markets - dynamic, creative, and eager to achieve great results together.Your ResponsibilitiesElevate our brand in terms of visual designs across digital and print.Create intuitive, user-friendly UX flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web and digital platforms.Lead and manage our graphic design team (currently 1 designer) and ensure consistent, high-quality output.Develop and maintain brand identity, style guides, and design systems.Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Development teams to create engaging campaigns, websites, and assets.Ensure designs communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.Conduct usability testing and implement feedback for continuous improvement.Stay updated with design trends and best practices to keep the brand fresh and modern.Your Profile4+ years of experience as a UX Designer, Graphic Designer, or in a hybrid role.Proven portfolio that demonstrates extremely good taste and a strong eye for design (digital + print + UX/UI).Experience leading or mentoring designers.Strong skills with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, XD, etc.).Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.Ability to balance creativity with business and brand goals.Strong communication and collaboration skills.English: Intermediate+ for documentation and teamwork.We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Creative freedom and responsibility to shape our brand.Flexible working conditions (remote).Opportunity to lead design projects with international exposure.Professional growth, leadership experience, and learning opportunities.A motivated and supportive team environment.
