We are looking for a Content Manager / Content Writer to join our software development practice. You will be the voice behind our thought leadership - turning raw expertise into polished, publication-ready content that positions our capabilities in the global market.
You will work closely with software architects, developers, and engineering leaders - conducting interviews, distilling complex technical concepts, and producing high-quality English-language articles, case studies, and expert opinion pieces.REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, PR and communications, journalism, linguistics or a related field.
- Advanced spoken and written English with impeccable grammar, excellent editing skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in content marketing, PR, or communications within the IT and software industry.
- Experience in creating thought-leadership content and opinion pieces.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques for LLMs.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand messaging.

- Interviews & Knowledge Extraction:
- Conduct regular interviews with internal experts - software architects, senior developers, and technical/non-techical leads - to capture insights, project learnings, and emerging trends
- Translate technical conversations into compelling narratives for technical/business audiences
- Content Production:
- Write and edit articles, blog posts, success stories, and expert opinion pieces
- Transform diverse source materials into publication-ready content: draft articles and internal frameworks, meeting recordings and call transcripts, and technical documentation
- Maintain a consistent editorial voice aligned with our program's positioning and brand
- Content Management & Distribution:
- Manage the content pipeline from ideation through review to publication
- Publish and optimize content across LinkedIn, our corporate blog, and internal portals (SharePoint)
- Coordinate with multiple reviewers to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery
- Track content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement data
