- 1+ year of experience in lead generation
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach
- General understanding of the IT market & industry
- Great communication skills, a quick learner, and a team player
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Find potential clients based on ICPs
- Outreach leads via LinkedIn and email
- Keep structured follow-ups and move leads through the sales funnel
- Work closely with the Head of Sales
- Manage leads in the CRM
- Experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and any automated tools like Linked Helper, Lemlist,
