- Design, implement, and continuously improve core HR processes, including performance reviews, L&D, and succession planning
- Actively contribute to the formation and implementation of the company’s HR strategy
- Communicate the company’s values, culture, HR projects, and initiatives internally to ensure transparency
- Taking care of operational tasks related to providing HR services: attraction, onboarding, performance management, engagement and motivation, recognition, offboarding, etc.
- Mentoring delivery teams on applying best practices in performance review, 1-on-1s, on/offboarding, etc.
- Engagement in HR budget management
- Maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction and ensuring every team member feels heard and supported
- Bring a mindset of continuous improvement to everything you do — from processes to team dynamics
- Refine the existing performance management system
- Develop the system of employee training & development, including company-wide knowledge sharing and internal communities support as a part of it
- Help to design the approach that allows to balance external hires/internal transitions in the company to support business development & sales efforts in bringing new projects
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- Clear thinker and system builder — structured, organized, and good at connecting dots
- Proactive and responsible, with a natural drive to take initiative

- 5+ years of experience as an HR specialist in a service or product IT company
- A structured understanding of the employee life cycle and core HR processes
- Solid knowledge of HR metrics and how to translate insights into action
- Experience in developing and implementing an HR strategy aligned with the company’s overall strategy
- Proven experience in introducing new HR processes or adapting and scaling existing ones during the gradual growth of the company
- Hands-on experience in change management
- Knowledge of agile processes and experience implementing agile principles in HR team
- Willingness to contribute at different levels of work, from strategic visioning to operational support
- Eagerness to share knowledge and empower others, both inside the HR team and across the company
- English level: Upper-Intermediate
