• Develop and implement local procurement strategies to facilitate efficient, cost-effective acquisition of the goods and services necessary for the business to operate.
• Lead the Procurement Department in management of existing processes and projects, support culture of open collaboration, transparency, and innovation.
• Implement the new structure and optimize the internal processes to achieve procurements strategy and goals that align with Global team.
• Manage the entire procurement process, from requesting quotes to placing orders and receiving deliveries.
• Maintain strong and trust relationships with customers and suppliers across multiple levels/departments. Understand customer's business procurement environment, strategies and needs.
• Manage supplier relationships to guarantee that quality and delivery requirements are met.
• Perform risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
• Search for improvements and new methods of operation within the framework of services provided by logistic company and principles of cooperation.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient on-hand supplies for operations.
• Actively collaborate with European team to share best practices and to build competitive and innovative approach in procurement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide informed advice to clients.
• Realize local and international innovative procurements projects.

• University degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills, both virtually and in person.
• Experience managing supplier contracts and ongoing relationships.
• Experience managing inventory and stock levels.
• Project management and change management skills.
• Fluent English
• 10+ years of experience in similar position preferably in the same field (advantage)
• Results and customer oriented
• Excellent leadership skills, experiences
• Strong analytical skills and talent for multi-tasking and managing competing priorities effectively.
