We are seeking a skilled and motivated Compliance & Dispute Resolution legal professional to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a legal professional with hands-on experience in regulatory compliance and licensing, who thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment.Requirements:
- experience in igaming industry from 2 years;
- experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and/or regulatory complaints considered a plus;
- basic knowledge of AML/KYC procedures and risk assessments, familiarity of responsible gaming standards considered a plus;
- excellent legal research, analytical and organizational skills;
- fluent English - written and spoken.
- draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and responses to customer complaints and regulatory authority requests. Drafting and negotiations are central to this role;
- manage letters, lawsuits, warnings, notices, and complaints from customers and regulatory bodies, ensuring timely and compliant responses;
- people management, including organization of internal investigations based on complaints received from customers, and guiding team members in effective and compliant customer communication;
- liaising with local advisors worldwide on legal matters for resolving disputes and complaints;
- conducting regulatory research with focus on law enforcement practices worldwide;
- maintenance of databases and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management and regulatory bodies;
- performing other legal tasks assigned by the manager.
