- Proficient in using basic formulas in Google Sheets for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Skilled in creating presentations in Google Slides with a mix of text and visuals.
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Reliable with patience and professionalism.
- Managing Processes, Reporting and Documentation, Process Improvement, Reporting Skills, Client Relationships
- Support teams with various administrative tasks (people management, procurement, logistics etc.).
- Review and analyze case studies, highlight key points and present them in well-structured formats using Google Slides; assist in preparing reports and presentation materials that effectively combine text and visuals.
- Work with project and financial management processes.
- Ensure accurate monthly project tracking and invoicing.
- Demonstrate a quick learning ability and a sharp eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
- Be responsible for team building and other team events organization.
- Resolve administrative issues through detailed analysis, identifying root causes, and implementing clear, effective solutions with a strong attention to detail.
