- Work with the CEO and CCO to define business development targets, and proactively track/report on progress against KPIs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with game studios, publishers, and co-development partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in the games industry, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Present and promote Devoted Fusion’s capabilities, value proposition, and artist network to prospective clients.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives that generate high-quality leads.
- Collaborate with the Devoted Fusion team to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and project scopes in line with company goals.
- Track and report on pipeline activity, sales performance, and market trends to inform strategy.
- Represent Devoted Fusion and Devoted Studios at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- 5+ years experience in sales in the games industry in a business development or similar role
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management—ideally within the gaming, creative services, or tech platform space.
- Strong network in the video games industry, with existing relationships at studios and publishers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify client needs and align them with Devoted Fusion’s offerings.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of sales and marketing tools and techniques
- Familiarity with creative production pipelines, outsourcing, or freelance talent platforms is a strong plus.
