- Review real job search queries and analyze AI-generated job posting results.
- Label postings for relevance and application likelihood using clear HR-based rules.
- Ensure quality of data by performing checks and flagging unclear cases.
- Collaborate with the client’s team in German (written and spoken).
- Work in secure digital environments with full remote flexibility.
- Complete around 20–30 workdays of annotation during Summer 2025.
- Have 0–1 years of experience in recruiting, HR support, or people operations.
- Want to get your first step into IT or the AI field using your HR background.
- Speak German and English fluently.
- Like working with structured information and following clear instructions.
- Are curious, self-organized, and ready to work remotely.
- Step into IT / AI without leaving HR behind.
