The Global Client Solutions Manager (Central Hub) plays a key role in supporting global clients and regional teams across multiple markets. The role focuses on driving scalable growth, ensuring operational excellence, and enabling best-in-class use of Meta advertising solutions.As part of the Central Hub team, you will partner with the local and Meta team to develop and execute impactful global strategies, deliver expert consulting and day-to-day support, and leverage Meta tools and insights to improve campaign performance for our partners. You will also contribute to overall market growth by showcasing best-in-class advertising cases and representing the company at industry events and webinars.The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.Your responsibilities include:
  • Serve as a global expert on Meta advertising solutions, providing both technical and strategic consultation across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network, and WhatsApp.
  • Deliver technical and insights-driven support to help clients and internal teams fully leverage Meta's product suite for measurable business outcomes.
  • Helping partners with Brand-lift studies, Conversion Lift research, A/B testing, and other measurement studies, not only setting up campaigns but also correctly understanding the results and educating clients about it
  • Collaborate across global teams (Marketing, Product, Regional Client Solutions) to share knowledge, align strategies, and drive cross-market excellence.
  • Continuously enhance professional expertise, obtaining Meta Blueprint certifications and staying current on new tools, features, and analytics capabilities.
  • Initiating and supporting scalable best-practice use cases, collaborating closely with the Marketing and local teams
  • Mentoring internal team members on technical integrations, product updates, and performance frameworks
  • Public speaking on events and webinars within relevant topics
Requirements:
  • English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above
  • Proven experience in Account Management and operational support roles
  • Confident user of Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
  • Ability to communicate complex data or integration logic in simple business language
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate large datasets into strategic actions
  • 2+ years of experience in launching and optimizing advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, GMP, etc.)
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of technical problem-solving.
  • Understanding of the digital industry and digital product delivery processes.
  • Provide visibility in account status, being able to provide ideas in developing sales strategy and clients for the local markets
  • Solid understanding of Meta's advertising tools, performance measurement logic, and server-side tracking principles
  • Public speaking skills and willingness to lead internal and external educational sessions
  • Have strong listening and interpersonal skills in building relationships with professionals from the clients' side
  • Have a strong work ethic and willingness to get the job done while maintaining a supportive, empowering, and positive attitude
  • Have solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a time-limited environment
Preferred qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of Meta ad products and how Meta works
  • Advanced knowledge of other programmatic products
  • Experience in media planning, research, and optimization of digital or traditional media
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, cloud functions, or server-side GTM setup
  • Experience in digital media planning and campaign measurement
  • Experience preparing client-facing technical documentation, templates, or onboarding materials
