- Gain experience in Finance, Accounting and Logistics through managing reclamation costs, working with Consulting Agency, internal and external Stakeholders
- Cooperate with variety of transportation service providers on behalf of one of the biggest shippers in Europe;
- Cooperate with Nestle businesses, factories and distribution centers across Europe;
- Collect necessary documents and information required for registration of claims and refusals related to damaged goods.
- Register claims accurately and promptly, ensuring all relevant details are captured. Ensures timely capture of main reason codes to enable further root cause analysis
- Conduct investigations with carriers for claims with defined threshold following business model confirmed, ensuring timely resolution.
- Register claims in the 3rd party Consulting Platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided.
- Create returned deliveries for rejected goods, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
- Manage demurrage charges associated with customer claims, minimizing costs and ensuring timely resolution.
∙ Proficiency in English (upper-intermediate level), Polish language - intermediate/upper-intermediate;∙ Strong finance, accounting, communication skills;
∙ Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular);
∙ Attention to details, time management and organizational skills; ∙ Ability to work with big volume of data;∙ Experience of work in SAP system will be an advantage.
