• Has experience as a User Acquisition Manager for 2+ years in product IT companies.
• Has experience working with in-app advertising networks (Mintegral, Unity, AppLovin, Liftoff, Moloco, Vungle, Chartboost …).
• Is proactive, eager to learn, and success-oriented.
• Is ready for new challenges;
• Is familiar with various digital marketing channels.
• English: Intermediate level (B1).
• Has some work experience in a product game or app development company.

• Creation and implementation of UA strategies and scaling of in-app advertising channels (Mintegral, Unity, AppLovin, Vungle, Moloco, Chartboost …).
• Involvement in the creation and testing of advertising creatives.
• Running and optimizing advertising campaigns.
• Initiating and conducting tests, as well as testing hypotheses.
• Collaboration with product and creative teams.
