- To earn more, you need to participate in sales, allowing the Sales Manager to share their bonus with you (a common practice). All team members who have worked with us as Sales Managers or Lead Sales Managers started as Lead Generation Managers (IT, Sales).
- Bonuses are awarded not only for performing direct responsibilities. We support and encourage proactivity, individual achievements, and professional growth of our employees.

- Once getting to the 3rd stage of the interview, the candidate will have the opportunity to receive feedback from a technical specialist regarding your test task including technical details.

- First month will be a paid Company Bootcamp period ($500/month)
- $1000 fixed & bonuses from $250 to $750
- All details of the bonus system will be provided during the interview;
- We work officially (Private Entrepreneur by contract);
- If necessary, additional equipment is provided (Apple MacBook, second monitor, Apple trackpad/keyboard, studio microphone, etc.);
- Access to our sales books library and courses for further sales skills development;
- Mentorship from sales manager and other colleagues and career growth to a sales manager role;
- Training in IT technical knowledge (theory);
- English classes 2 times a week (outside of working hours).
- 1+ year of experience in IT lead generation;
- Have an understanding of web development technologies;
- Strong English level for daily communication with clients;
- Be ready to study a large theoretical base of IT terms and concepts needed for daily work;
- Willingness to study sales literature and develop yourself further as a sales specialist;
- Knowledge of Google Docs and Google Sheets;
- Proactive work approach, perseverance, and attention to details;
- Other accompanying skills.
- Searching for new leads using different platforms and sources (Clutch, Crunchbase, Apollo.io, Snov.io, and other lead sources)
- Writing unique, non-template offer letters to potential customers;
- Presenting of the company's services and tech stack;
- Processing incoming requests from leads;
- Supporting the Sales Managers in lead qualification and information handoff.
- Each employee has a mentor and together with him develops an PDP (Personal Development Plan) to improve skills and knowledge in different areas;
- Opportunity to grow to the position of Sales Manager in-house;
- The ability to independently influence your earnings through bonuses based on the quantity and quality of acquired clients.
