/ /6 квітня 2026IT Support / System Administrator (Helpdesk)КиївVEN Commerce Ltd is an international technology and e-commerce company founded in 2012.The company develops software products and operates Talisa, a global personalized jewelry brand ( ) serving customers across the United States, Europe, Australia, and other markets.Our team includes engineers, QA specialists, marketing professionals, customer support, and operations staff working remotely across several countries.We are looking for an IT Support / System Administrator (Helpdesk) to join our internal IT team in Kyiv.In this role, you will support employees with day-to-day technical issues, prepare and maintain company devices, manage IT assets, and help administer access to internal tools and systems. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on technical support, device lifecycle management, and operational IT processes.What you will doEmployee IT support
- Provide first-line internal IT support for employees via Jira Service Management
- Troubleshoot day-to-day issues on macOS and Windows laptops
- Assist with software installation, setup, and configuration
- Help resolve access, account, and authentication issues
- Support employees via Slack and Zoom when needed
- Maintain the inventory of company's IT equipment in Snipe-IT
- Track hardware lifecycle, condition, and assignment
- Manage issuance and return of equipment
- Conduct regular inventory checks
- Keep records of hardware and software assets up to date
- Receive, configure, and prepare laptops and other devices for employees
- Organize shipment and return of equipment via Nova Poshta or other delivery services
- Handle refurbishment and preparation of devices for reuse
- Maintain equipment storage in the Kyiv office
- Create, update, and revoke user access in internal systems, including:
- Slack
- Jira
- Bitwarden
- Google Workspace
- GitHub
- Track and manage software licenses such as:
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- JetBrains products
- Microsoft 365
- Monitor license usage
- Support renewals and reassignment
- Help optimize software license usage and costs
- Configure and maintain employee laptops
- Perform basic upgrades for Windows laptops, including RAM and SSD replacement
- Maintain simple reports on IT assets, licenses, and inventory status
- Support periodic asset reviews and basic cost tracking
- Good working knowledge of Windows and macOS
- Experience supporting laptop-based work environments
- Ability to troubleshoot common hardware and software issues
- Understanding of user access management in cloud/SaaS tools
- Ability to perform basic hardware upgrades for Windows laptops
- Basic understanding of networking: DHCP, NAT, routing, OSI up to L3
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- English level: Pre-Intermediate+
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams
- Experience managing SaaS licenses
- Experience with MDM solutions such as Intune or Jamf
- Jira Service Management - internal IT support
- Jira / Confluence - task tracking and documentation
- Snipe-IT - IT asset management
- Google Workspace / Google Drive - collaboration and storage
- Slack / Zoom - internal communication

- Format: Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office
